Symétrie wanted to create an online questionnaire that their clients could fill out post-treatment, which would give an insight into different ways they could improve their business.
Customers were given an incentive of ‘£10 off their next treatment’, which was only available to previous customers who could give their opinion on their experience. The link for the questionnaire was sent out as part of an E-Shot, specifically to past customers, which gave information on why Symétrie would appreciate their feedback as well as details on their £10 voucher. Once filled out, the customer would receive the £10 voucher via email. Symétrie were then able to track who has filled out the questionnaire and which areas people think they can improve on as well as taking on-board comments and suggestions.
