[social_warfare] ‘NAART is a duo of artists formed by Nicolas Thollot-Arsac and Alexandre Caillarec, whose speciality is to paint with beer bottles. The two young artists having met during their respective art studies, they began to make sets in Paris for special events.
Wishing to stand out from other painters, they were thinking about beer as the main tool, because it was part of their daily lives, like any good student. This new discipline called “beer-painting” thus touches a varied audience: Art lovers, but also beer lovers. The duo performs live performances, where the public has the possibility to bring their personal touch: Everyone drinks a beer, and everyone can leave their own mark on the artwork.’
